Market Competitive Remuneration

IDA adopts a holistic approach towards rewarding and recognising our people for good performance. Our rewards and recognition framework comprises both monetary and non-monetary factors to attract and retain the best talents, motivate and reward employees, and optimise the overall performance of the organisation. This framework encompasses various components such as base salary, bonuses, benefits, cash- and non-cash awards and, last but not least promotional opportunities.

Market Competitive Pay

IDA's pay philosophy is to be market competitive and performance-driven in the dynamic infocomm industry. Our pay structure is benchmarked closely to the infocomm market where our talents are hired from. There are two components that make up the total cash payable to employees per annum; the monthly base salary and variable bonus. The former reflects the market value of the job and is commensurate based on the job holder's education background, working experience and competencies and is reviewed yearly. The latter comprises a 13th month pay and variable bonus that is tied to both the individual's and organisation's performance.

A competency-based performance management system, named ACE (Achieving Continuous Excellence) is in place to enable us to focus on attaining the right results to meet organisational goals and to assess our employees' performance with greater objectivity and transparency. It also serves to enhance our work performance and achieve our learning and career development goals.
