The International Symposium on Electronic Art (ISEA)

ISEA, the International Symposium on Electronic Art, is the world's premier media arts event for the critical discussion and showcase of creative productions applying new technologies in interactive and digital media. ISEA2008 comprises three parts including peer-reviewed conferences, an internationally juried exhibition and various in-conjunction and partner events. Singapore is hosting the biannual event for the first time.

Singapore Human Capital Summit: People Strategies
for Asia

The first-of-its-kind in the region, the Singapore Human Capital Summit brings together global and regional industry and thought leaders as well as government leaders from the region to address human capital challenges and provide strategic responses to the competition for talent, increasing mobility of labour, and demographic trends in order for businesses to maintain their competitiveness in Asia. The Summit is organised by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower and the Workforce Development Agency.

ASEAN e-Government Fellowships

The Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) has launched a fellowship programme for ASEAN countries in the areas of e-Government and telecom regulation. The programme, intended for senior government officials and telecoms policy makers, aims to support ASEAN integration. It involves collaborative learning in areas such as ICT development policies, licensing frameworks and e-Government master-planning sessions.
