Global Sourcing Summit 2008

The Global Sourcing Summit 2008 focuses on the upcoming Shared Services and Outsourcing (SSO) trend of verticalisation. The two-day event will provide a unique blend of perspectives on the current and future state of the SSO landscape including key drivers and constraints, spending trends, location selection criteria and top-of-the-mind locations for industries.

Infocomm Media Business Exchange

The Infocomm Media Business Exchange (imbX) is Asia's largest infocomm and media event and will be held in conjunction with the largest ICT and media trade shows in Asia, CommunicAsia2008 and BroadcastAsia2008.

It includes the iN2015 Business Forum with the theme 'Building Capabilities for Tomorrow's Opportunities' which will give updates on iN2015 since its launch in June 2006. In addition, IDA will showcase iN2015 initiatives such as Wireless@SG, National Grid, Digital Marketplace, Connected Games, FutureSchools@Singapore and video on programmes such as Next Generation National Broadband Network at its booth 3B1-01.

There will also be a Infocomm Singapore Pavilion featuring nine promising local companies, which will showcase their innovative solutions in the mobile telecoms space. These local companies' products will be based on the themes Mobile Marketing and Commerce, Mobile Media and Entertainment, and Mobile Messaging & Communications. The Infococomm Singapore Pavilion is located at Hall 3, Booth 3C1-07.

The International Symposium on Electronic Art (ISEA)

ISEA, the International Symposium on Electronic Art, is the world's premier media arts event for the critical discussion and showcase of creative productions applying new technologies in interactive and digital media. ISEA2008 comprises of three parts including peer-reviewed conferences, an internationally juried exhibition and various in-conjunction and partner events. Singapore is hosting the biannual event for the first time.
