RSTN reinforced its partnership with Oracle by participating in the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) Overseas Development Programme (ODP). Under this partnership, RSTN and Oracle intend to export RSTN's award-winning IT solutions to a wider worldwide financial sector audience. As a testament to this symbiotic programme, RSTN and Oracle concluded a successful joint bid for the worldwide infrastructure software involving the core insurance application revamp at one of the world's leading insurance and reinsurance group in 2008. The key success was the joint effort / engagement between RSTN (iLE) and Oracle since the customer's regional HQ is outside Singapore.
RSTN was founded in 1997 and is today a leading IT consultancy and systems integration group with presence throughout Asia and the United States for document imaging, enterprise content management, workflow and business process management.
RSTN has provided integrated business solutions to several of the world's most successful organizations, allowing them to realize quantitative increases in operational efficiency, dramatic reductions in business processing turn-around-times, and greater agility in handling transactions, thereby improving their overall competitive advantage. Each project has resulted in substantial and verifiable cost savings.
With extensive industry specific knowledge, RSTN's consultants, business analysts and application engineers bring a wealth of real-world experience and know how to all its projects. RSTN's track record of excellence, a distinguished list of highly successful, large-scale projects, is the strongest testament to RSTN's commitment to excellence.
RSTN was the Merit recipient of the 2008 National Infocomm Awards (NIA) under the Most Innovative Infocomm Product/Service Category for its highly innovative inQflow Solution. RSTN also won a prestigious Merit Award at the 2008 Asia Pacific ICT Awards (APICTA) with its inQflow solution for innovative solution for the financial sector.
When Oracle proposed a strategic partnership with RSTN under the Overseas Development Programme (ODP) by the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), Steven Lim (CEO and co-founder of RSTN) realised that this partnership would further extend the growth and reach of RSTN in the overseas market.

"Oracle has offices almost everywhere in the world with extensive reach to millions of customers through its market leading products in database, middleware, and applications. Oracle has listed us in their Partner Network, which is another avenue to advertise to potential worldwide customers", shares an enthusiastic Mr. Lim.
In addition, the ODP-enabled partnership with Oracle has provided RSTN access to Oracle's technical assistance and its competency centre.
Together with the co-branding with Oracle and Singapore, RSTN aims to reap greater success overseas.
