Wireless@SG Clinics & Workshops

Wireless@SG Clinics

The Wireless@SG series of clinics set up by iCELL, QMax and SingTel with support from the IDA is part of an education programme designed to help users with Wireless@SG connectivity issues.

Registered users who require assistance in connecting to Wireless@SG can bring their laptops or PDAs to these clinics to seek technical assistance from the three Wireless@SG operators.

Those have not registered for an account may also do so at these clinics.

Wireless@SG Workshops

Part of the Wireless@SG education programme, each Wireless@SG workshop is a free 1 hour mini seminar organised to provide the public with a better understanding of Wireless@SG. Attendees can pick up basic skills like logging on, using popular mobile applications during these workshops.

There will also be a "hands-on" session on to familiarise attendees on logging on to Wireless@SG with mobile devices. Attendees are encouraged to bring their laptops or other Wi-Fi devices for these sessions.

  3. "Hands-on" session on connecting to the Wireless@SG network
