IDA would like to seek comments from industry on the incorporation, policies and procedures for SGIX. After seeking advice from technical, commercial and legal consultants, it is recommended that SGIX be incorporated as a company limited by guarantee. Consequently, IDA has prepared the draft Memorandum and Articles of Association for the incorporation of the company, together with the draft Policies and Procedures for comments from industry.
All views and comments should be submitted in hard copy and soft copy by 30 July 2009, 12.00pm.
