For non-residential buildings, OpenNet's fibre will be deployed up to the building's main distribution frame (MDF) room or its telecommunications equipment room (TER). When this is done, the building will be considered as "building reached". OpenNet will not charge building owners for the installation.

95 per cent of non-residential buildings (commercial, industrial, government and other public buildings such as schools and hospitals) in Singapore will be connected to the Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network (Next Gen NBN) via fibre by June 2012.
