Logos For Licensed CAs

Licensed CAs may display the following logos during the conduct of their business as an indication that they have complied with the licensing criteria specified by the Controller of Certification Authorities.

The licensing criteria are stipulated in the Electronic Transactions Act 1998, Electronic Transactions (Certification Authorities) Regulations 1999 and the Security Guidelines for Certification Authorities.

Netrust Disclosure

In accordance with Article 41(4) of the Electronic Transactions Act 1998, the Controller of Certification Authorities shall maintain a publicly accessible database containing a certification authority disclosure record for each licensed certification authority which shall contain all the particulars required under the regulations made under this Act.

Disclosure Record for Netrust Pte Ltd

1. The Controller Of Certification Authorities granted a licence to Netrust Pte Ltd as a licensed CA under Article 41(1) of the Act.

2. Netrust Pte Ltd has commenced operation as a licensed CA on 14 June 2001.

3. The CA licence has since been renewed yearly.

4. The current CA licence is valid from 14 June 2009 to 13 June 2010.
