Model Confidentiality Agreement
When a licensee and dominant licensee negotiate an Individualised Interconnection Agreement, they must enter into a confidentiality agreement governing the negotiation process. If they fail to agree on a confidentiality agreement within 15 days of the receipt of request for negotiation, both licensees must adopt the Model Confidentiality Agreement (MCA). A dominant licensee must submit an MCA to IDA for approval.
