Critical Support Infrastructure Designated By IDA

The Infocomm Development Authority Of Singapore (IDA) pursuant to Section 7 of the Code of Practice For Competition In The Provision Of Telecommunication Services 2010 (Telecom Competition Code 2010), requires sharing of the following infrastructure designated as Critical Support Infrastructure (CSI).

A Licensee (Licensee Requesting Sharing) that wants to share a CSI should approach the Licensee who controls that CSI to negotiate the terms and conditions of sharing (Sharing Agreement) under Section 7.6 of the Telecom Competition Code 2010.
