  At the submission deadline of 6 pm, 12 September 2001, IDA had not received any Initial Offers for the LMDS Spectrum Rights Auction. As such, the auction will not proceed and no LMDS Spectrum Rights, in respect of any of the LMDS Spectrum Lots available at this auction, will be awarded. The LMDS spectrum will be available for future allocation if there is indication of interest from the industry.
