IDA's Assessment and Decision on BT Singapore Pte Ltd's Reconsideration Request
IDA has assessed BT's Reconsideration Request and has decided to maintain its Decision issued on 18 August 2005.
Request by BT Singapore Pte Ltd for Reconsideration of IDA's Decision
IDA has received a request from BT Singapore Pte Ltd on 1 September 2005 to reconsider the Decision, pursuant to section 11.9 of the Code. IDA is in the process of reviewing the request.

IDA has issued its decision on the exemption request and Consolidation Application.
In the interest of achieving a balanced and objective assessment, IDA has invited the Applicants to comment on the key issues raised in the respondents' submission on the proposed Consolidation. The Applicants' submission to IDA is attached below.
