Approval of Amended Reference Interconnection Offer
On 15 October 2004, IDA approved the amendments to SingTel's RIO to incorporate mandated wholesale LLCs.

As provided for in paragraph 7.2.1 of Appendix Two of the Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services, IDA has specified 15 October 2004 in the Gazette as the commencement date on which SingTel must offer LLCs to Facilities-based Licensees as a mandated wholesale service under its RIO.

Modification of Reference Interconnection Offer to incorporate Wholesale Local Leased Circuits
In compliance with IDA's 4 October 2004 direction, SingTel submitted to IDA on 11 October 2004, a conformed copy of its LLC RIO incorporating the modifications required by IDA. Once IDA has reviewed and approved SingTel's conformed LLC RIO, IDA will specify by separate notice in the Gazette the commencement date on which SingTel's LLC RIO shall come into effect. IDA will notify all FBOs of the commencement date shortly.
