IDA-AGC Review of Electronic Transactions Act: Exclusions under section 4 of the ETA

Notice:
IDA & AGC have received requests from the industry to extend the deadline for the submission of comments to the 'IDA-AGC Review of Electronic Transactions Act: Exclusions under section 4 of the ETA' consultation paper. IDA & AGC will grant an extension of 1 month from the original deadline. All responses must be submitted to AGC by 25 Sep 2004.

All views and comments should be submitted to the Law Reform and Revision Division of the Attorney-General's Chambers on or before 12 noon, 25 August 2004. Respondents are required to include their personal/company particulars as well as the correspondence address in their submissions to the above Consultation Paper. Comments and views should be addressed to:
