IDA has completed its review of the Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services. IDA now issues the
Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services 2005 ('Code 2005'), which will come into effect on 4 March 2005.
First Triennial Review of the Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services - 2nd Round of Public Consultation
All submissions should reach IDA before
12 noon on Tuesday, 22 June 2004. Comments must be submitted in both hard and soft copy (preferably in Microsoft Word format). Parties submitting comments should include their personal/company particulars as well as the correspondence address, contact numbers and email addresses on the cover page of their submissions.
