Release of the Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services 2005
IDA has completed its review of the Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services. IDA now issues the Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services 2005 ('Code 2005'), which will come into effect on 4 March 2005.
IDA has received requests from Licensees to extend the revised deadline for submission of comments to the proposed Consolidation Review Guidelines. In view of this, IDA will extend the deadline by another 6 days from 13 November 2001. All responses must be submitted to IDA on or before 19 November 2001 by 12:00 noon.

All views and comments should be submitted in writing and in both hard and soft copy (Microsoft Word 97 format), and should reach the IDA on or before
30 October 2001, 12pm. Respondents are required to include their personal/company particulars as well as the correspondence address in their submissions. Comments and views should be addressed to:
