Consultation Paper on Further Liberalisation of the Postal Services Sector in Singapore

The Ministry of Information, Communications & the Arts (MICA) is embarking on a public consultation  to seek feedback from the industry and members of the public on the draft Postal Services (Amendment) Bill, which will effect amendments to the existing Postal Services Act.

IDA Consultation Paper
Further Liberalisation of the Postal Services in Singapore

All views and comments should be submitted in writing, in both hard and soft copies (Microsoft Word format), and should reach IDA by 12 noon on 29 September 2006. Respondents are required to include their personal or  company particulars, correspondence address, contact number and email address in their submissions.  IDA will make public all or parts of any submissions made in response to this Consultation Paper and disclose the identity of the source.  Respondents are required to clearly mark any part of the submission that is considered commercially sensitive and place the information separately as an annex to the submission.  IDA will not disclose information identified as commercially sensitive or confidential but will take them into consideration in its review.
