The Enhanced Learning in Infocomm Technology (ELITe) is a talent development programme that aims to develop "industry-ready" infocomm graduates. A core group of university undergraduates will be given opportunities to acquire practical exposure through industry attachments, mentorship, projects and skills development through certifications.

Undergraduates participating in the programme enjoy these opportunities:
- Exposure to infocomm industry seminars;
- Mentorship from industry leaders;
- Local and/or overseas industry internship;
- Training and development in technical skills, soft skills, domain knowledge in demand by the industry; and
- Industry awareness and exposure when working on industry-relevant projects.
ELITe offers students opportunities to enhance their industry awareness and experience. Through exposure to infocomm policy thinking, internship and project opportunities with industry partners, students will gain valuable practical experience to complement the knowledge acquired through their coursework. Students can also tap on their industry mentors' insights to provide them with guidance and feedback.
IDA supports this programme in various ways. This includes identifying industry mentors, funding the cost of certification programmes and overseas internships.
- Infocomm undergraduates who have completed first year of infocomm studies and eligible to be promoted to second year of studies;
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents; and
- Not a current scholarship holder or have any bond liabilities upon graduation.

ELITe has garnered the support of industry partners from both infocomm and user sectors. The ELITe industry partners are industry leaders committed to nurture infocomm talent, providing ELITe undergraduates with opportunities for mentorship, internships, or industry-relevant projects.

Undergraduates in the ELITe programme will be invited to infocomm seminars, lectures and workshops. These platforms help to sharpen their thinking skills and provide them with good insights on the development of the infocomm industry.
Infocomm undergraduates in the ELITe programme can attend endorsed courses and certifications to upgrade their skills and apply for reimbursement. For the list of endorsed courses and certifications, please refer to the ICMS website (select "ELITe: Enhanced Learning in Infocomm Technology").

ELITe funding does not support registration, membership fees, rebates, incentives, discounts or any training grants offered by the Course Providers, Testing Centres or any other organisations in relation to the endorsed courses and certification.
