NEU PC Plus Programme

The NEU PC Plus Programme supports low-income household with school-going children or disabled family member to own a brand new computer bundle with software and 3 years of free broadband subscription at an affordable price from as low as $1361.

The Programme provides the following schemes

  1. The PC-Bundle Scheme provides 2-tier subsidy to own a new PC with free software and free 3 years broadband subscription.

  2. The iNSPIRE Fund offers extra financial assistance to applicants who are unable to co-pay for the computer applied under the PC-Bundle Scheme, by doing some form of community service in the spirit of "paying it forward".

  3. The Broadband-Only Scheme offers subsidised broadband to households who already own a PC but cannot afford to pay broadband subscription. This scheme is only extended to students receiving assistance from MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS).

Selection Guidelines

Applicants are strongly encouraged to select the choice of their PC types based on their learning needs and financial capability.
