The NEU PC Plus Programme supports low-income household with school-going children or disabled family member to own a brand new computer bundle with software and 3 years of free broadband subscription at an affordable price from as low as $136¹.

The Programme provides the following schemes

1. The PC-Bundle Scheme provides 2-tier subsidy to own a new PC with free software and free 3 years broadband subscription.
   
   
2. The iNSPIRE Fund offers extra financial assistance to applicants who are unable to co-pay for the computer applied under the PC-Bundle Scheme, by doing some form of community service in the spirit of "paying it forward".
   
   
3. The Broadband-Only Scheme offers subsidised broadband to households who already own a PC but cannot afford to pay broadband subscription. This scheme is only extended to students receiving assistance under IDA-approved financial assistance schemes (AFAS).
