Critical Infocomm Technology Resource Programme (CITREP)
CITREP is a training incentive programme to equip Singapore infocomm professionals with critical and emerging skills thus enabling them to enhance their employability and to improve their organisation's competitive advantage.
 
Enhanced Learning in Infocomm Technology (ELITe)
The Enhanced Learning in Infocomm Technology (ELITe) is a talent development programme that aims to develop "industry-ready" infocomm graduates. A core group of university undergraduates will be given opportunities to acquire practical exposure through industry attachments, mentorship, projects and skills development through certifications.
 
Infocomm Clubs Programme
The Infocomm Clubs Programme is a Co-Curricular Activity (CCA) for primary, secondary and junior college students. It aims to excite students about infocomm in a fun and meaningful way by helping them to learn new skills and to cultivate leadership and entrepreneurship capabilities at an early age.
 
Infocomm Leadership and Development Programme (iLEAD)
Infocomm Leadership and Development Programme (iLEAD) aims to ensure that Singapore’s infocomm manpower capabilities keep pace with technology changes and Singapore remains at the forefront of technology development. iLEAD will help sharpen and deepen the infocomm knowledge and capabilities of infocomm professionals in Singapore and build a pipeline of infocomm experts in high-end, niche areas.
 
Infocomm Training and Attachment Programme (iTAP)
Infocomm Training and Attachment Programme (iTAP) is a new manpower development initiative by IDA and will form part of the umbrella programme "Professional Skills Programme Traineeships Scheme". iTAP aims to develop infocomm manpower capabilities in Singapore by providing both fresh graduates and infocomm professionals with opportunities to gain valuable industry experience via local work attachments with infocomm and other key organisations across various economic sectors in Singapore.
 
Integrated Infocomm Scholarship (IIS)
The Integrated Infocomm Scholarship (IIS) is open to outstanding 'O' level students to take them through infocomm studies at both the polytechnic and university levels.
 
National Infocomm Competition
The National Infocomm Competition (NIC) is a series of infocomm-themed competitions focusing in areas such as business IT, digital media, mobile technology, programming and security. The NIC aims to generate greater awareness and excitement among students and the public and to attract and nurture young talent into the dynamic field of infocomm.
 
The National Infocomm Competency Framework (NICF)
The National Infocomm Competency Framework (NICF) is a manpower planning tool that defines the certification and competency requirements for an infocomm professional’s career. The NICF aims to widen and deepen the capabilities of these professionals and guide their career development against standards agreed to by the industry.
 
National Infocomm Scholarship (NIS)
The National Infocomm Scholarship (NIS) aims to develop talent and nurture future leaders to help drive Singapore's infocomm industry. Offered in partnership with leading infocomm companies, NIS provides both the prestige of a government scholarship and valuable private sector work exposure.
 
Techno-Strategists Programme
The Techno-Strategists Programme(TSP) aims to develop professionals with both technical foundation and domain knowledge of industry sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Hospitality and Retail.
