IDA Consumer Awareness and Satisfaction Survey 2005

IDA conducted a survey on consumers' awareness of and satisfaction with telecommunication services between October and December 2005.  The survey aimed to measure consumers' usage and awareness of, and satisfaction with, selected telecommunication services in Singapore.  Consumers were asked for their opinions on quality of service, variety of services available and price competitiveness of the selected telecommunication services.  The telecommunication services surveyed include: (a) fixed line telephone services; (b) mobile telephone services; (c) broadband Internet services; (d) public payphone services; (e) printed directory services; and (f) Service 100 directory enquiry service.
