Digital Concierge Call-for-Collaboration (CFC)
The Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) invites companies to submit proposals on the development and deployment of informational, transactional, m-commerce and location-based mobile services as well as common content and functionalities that are reusable by multiple mobile services through the Digital Concierge CFC. Closing date for proposal submission will be on 31 August 2009, 5.00pm. Registration for the CFC Public Briefing opens from now till 3 July 2009, 2.00pm.
 
Youths Can Experience Singapore 2010 Before The Games Through Virtual World
The soon-to-be developed online virtual world platform - "Virtual World for Education and Youth Engagement", will help to promote friendship and connect youths from the 205 National Olympic Committees ahead of the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games.
 
Public Service Infocomm Exports Receive Stronger Push
The export of public service infocomm will get a greater push with the synergy derived from a Global Business Development Centre of Excellence. A partnership between the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), International Enterprise (IE) Singapore and IDA International, the Centre will accelerate market access and expand the overseas business opportunities for Singapore infocomm companies with the formulation of concerted go-to-market strategies.
 
Singapore to Host Inaugural International Forum and Exhibition on e-Government from 15 to 19
June 2009

Singapore will host the inaugural iGov Global Exchange which will bring together more than 400 leading e-Government experts from around the world to discuss opportunities and challenges in developing successful e-Government programmes in an increasingly connected world.
 
Greater Role For imbX 2009 As Global Business Community Seeks Prospects In Asia's
Emerging Markets

The Infocomm Media Business Exchange (imbX), Asia's largest gathering of government leaders, business personalities and industry professionals from the infocomm and media sectors, will return for its fifth year from 15 - 19 June in Singapore. Expect to see and hear even more of the latest in infocomm at imbX this year, as a series of new events have been planned.

The Government implemented the Resilience Package to ready Singapore's economy for continued growth and global competitiveness. Find out more about industry relevant programmes (new or enhanced since Nov 2008) offered by various Government agencies.
 
Call-for-Collaboration to Integrate Trade and Logistics Processes Through TradeXchange®
The Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) invites interested parties to participate in the Integration of Trade and Logistics Processes through the TradeXchange® initiative. This Call-for-Collaboration (CFC) seeks interested companies to submit proposals to form a consortium to integrate its key trade and logistics IT systems, business processes and data through the TradeXchange®. Submission deadline is now extended to 15 July 2009, 5.00pm.
