The new mobile service is another step forward in delivering accurate, comprehensive transport information easily and quickly so that commuters have all the information they need and can choose between the different modes of transport, be it bus, train, taxi or to travel in different ways to reach their destination."
“The new service complements existing LTA initiatives and third-party travel information and planning tools to help commuters better manage their travel time, transfers, and make more informed transport decisions.” said Mrs Rosina Howe, the Group Director for Innovation & Infocomm Technology Group and Chief Innovation Officer.
These initiatives include One.Motoring for private transport information and services, PublicTransport@SG for public transit information and collaboration with Google to provide public transit and traffic information available on Google Maps.
